HFA Summer Veterans League 2014
The Herefordshire FA are looking for new or established veterans teams to join their Summer Veterans League. Played at the Hereford Academy on their 3g surface the league offers players the chance to enjoy their football without the hassle of marking pitches and putting nets up.
Matches will be played every other week on a Sunday starting on the 18th May and finishing on the 31st August. Fixtures, results and the league table will be available to view via the FA Full- Time Website.
Teams must be made up of players aged 40+ but are allowed a maximum of two players in the match day squad aged between 37 + 39. Match day squads will consist of no more than 16 players with rolling substitutions.
There is an upfront cost of £320 to enter the league with no weekly fee making the job of the team organiser much easier on match days. This cost includes affiliation to the Herefordshire FA, insurance, pitch hire and referee fees.
To enter please return the attached entry form to Matt Prosser at the HFA via email Matt.Prosser@HerefordshireFA.com or at The County Ground Offices, Widemarsh Common, Hereford, HR4 9NA along with a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure your teams place in the 2014 league. Last date for entry is April 21st 2014.
