This class is a women-only light exercise class, designed for those who love football or have never kicked a ball before, as it incorporates ball control in a glow-in-the-dark environment.

This will be a charity event, so simply fill in a form with your details, and get friends and family to sponsor you for the FREE session.

Dependant on its popularity, the H.F.A will be looking to engage women in SOCCERCISE every week for a small weekly charge.
