Every weekend hundreds of boys play football in Herefordshire; it continues to be the most participated activity and it's easy to see why.
Nothing beats the enjoyment of playing in a team with your mates or just going for a kickabout down the park. There are endless opportunities for boys to play football locally from grassroots clubs, competitive leagues, development centres, school sessions and more! There are over 100 youth male sides in Herefordshire so there is bound to be one close by eager to welcome new players.
The Herefordshire Junior League currently offers organised fixtures, cups and competitions for boys teams from U8 to U17. Players will start off playing minisoccer with 5v5 matches before progressing through 7v7, 9v9 and finally to 11v11. Herefordshire FA also organise various festivals, tournaments and more for all age groups including U7s.

The Herefordshire Junior Football League offers competitive football for youths for all age groups from U8 - U17. Football is played on either Saturdays or Sundays dependent on the agegroup.
