As the governing body for football within Herefordshire, our responsibility is to lead, develop and support the development and sustainability of the game in our region. Working together with our local clubs and building strong, positive relationships with our customers is a vital part of our work, and the way we are perceived by and communicate with our customers is a key part of this. 

The HFA supports an incredible grassroots football community of leagues, match officials, clubs, coaches, players, volunteers and parents and strives to provide a safe and fun environment for all. 

To support the continued development of our services to all and the excellent work of our clubs and leagues, the HFA is again releasing a customer survey to gauge the views and opinions of those involved across the game locally. 

Your views and opinions will be used to ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible experience at grassroots level within Herefordshire. 

All responses received will be anonymous, so we are encouraging all participants to answer the questions as openly and as honestly as they can. After completing the survey all participants will have the chance to enter into a prize draw to win an Amazon voucher worth £50.

This survey should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete and will close on 28 June 2024.
